The City of Ottawa operates several one-day Household Hazardous Waste Depots throughout the year.
Depot hours are 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. The next Depots are:
Sunday, 12 September | Tunney’s Pasture (West of Parkdale Road)
Sunday, 26 September | Trail Road Waste Facility (4475 Trail Road)
Sunday, 24 October | Westbrook Snow Dump (200 Westbrook Road) near Stittsville
Only residential hazardous waste is accepted. Accepted items include aerosol containers, paints and coatings, fertilizers and pesticides, disinfectants and gasoline.
