Effective September 28, the Blair Boat Launch will close for the remainder of the 2026 season due to construction work in the area.
Beginning September 28, Massey Lane will be closed and the access gate locked to allow the work to proceed safely. A separate City of Ottawa project located nearby is expected to begin around the same time and will require continued road closures in the area. As a result, access to the Blair Boat Launch is expected to remain unavailable for the remainder of the season.
